This building will not look like a building with straight edges going vertical but rather a bit of a blob like a huge boulder. The building will sort of be kind of round. On one side the climbing routes will be for beginning class and as you go around the building the routes increase with difficulty depending on what class or stage of learning you are in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OK, so now I want to explain where these twin towers will reside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out in west Texas on the interstate is a 50 sq mile raw land mostly flat with a couple of hills that rise above 500 feet. The property is 10 miles long and 5 miles wide. The nearest town is over an hour away with less than 3,000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be a park. An RV Park with walk-in campgrounds and motel and hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the outside of the park near the park gate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;I will have a gas station, grocery store, free showers for truckers and travelers, a comedy club, multiple restaurants. The other stores will be rock climbing, hang gliding, archery, gun, cycling, paint ball, donut shop, taco wagon, pizza shop, souvenir gift shop and more. I will have bike rentals, a water park with slides, a vertical wind tunnel so people can defy gravity. Have you heard of such a wind tunnel? Everything to cause a traveler to want to stop in and take a break. There is no other commerce for at least an hour. As far as parking I want a multi-level parking so people won\u2019t have to walk far in a large open flat parking lot. Large parking area for truckers and van life people to take breaks (fee may apply).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buildings will be of old west 1880\u2019s some brick, some wood and some will have walls made of bales of hay covered with stucco like outside walls to give it that old west feeling like a Spanish mission. This will also keep the buildings cool.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the back side of these buildings, I will have hammocks under shaded trees for travelers to rest. Hammocks will be taken down at 10pm to keep people from renting a hotel room. All RV and campgrounds will have a park entrance fee attached to the room rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the park I will have a 1,500 spaces RV Park and 500 walking camp ground and a hotel all of which will be far from each other. The RV Park will be away from the walk-in campground. Alongside the roads in the park I will have bike lanes, one lane for tourists getting around and another lane for fast cycling for people who like speed.
